Block 3 Week 2: Comp Bench. An odd kind of day...

My comp squat right before this was a bit underwhelming. Warm ups felt great and super speedy, but the Top Set didn't quite move as fast as I had hoped for. Bench was also feeling really great, and my preceding singles were flying, and feeling like the empty bar; so I thought I would absolutely demolish my top set. Buuuuuut, I had a mishap, which ended up making the jump between the top set a lot larger, thus harder, and more fatigueing than it was supposed to be, lol. That's what you get for rushing, and not being 110 percent focused, lol. Hopefully it won't impact the rest of my training this week, too much.
