Mac and Cheese STUFFED Mac and Cheese. More mac and cheese than you can shake a stick at. Ingredients: 5 Slices of Bacon Extra Large Macaroni Shells 1 Box Macaroni Noodles 3 Tbsp. Butter 3 Tbsp. Flour 3 C. Whole Milk 1 Tsp. Kosher Salt 3 C. Sharp Cheddar Ritz Crackers Fry 5 slices of bacon and boil your extra large and regular macaroni shells. Melt your butter then stir in your flower. Add your milk and reduce. Add your salt, cheddar, regular macaroni shells and mix. Crush your bacon and mix it in. Stuff your large macaroni shells with your mix. Place your stuffed shells in baking pan and coat with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
