GEN. MUHOOZI IN COURT; CASE FILE TRANSFERRED TO HIGH COURT FOR REVIEW

Buganda road court has allowed transferring the case file to high court criminal division for review, in the case filed by Hassan Male Mabirizi against Gen. Muhoozi Keinerugaba and six others for becoming a common nuisance and scandalous conduct as a UPDF Officer.
This follows amendments made by Male Mabirizi in the case, when adding more charges and accused person's on the charger sheet, although they case file was taken over by prosecution.
