Big Horse Spotted Corn is the corn that was raised by the Osage nation, the people that lived here in Green Country, before the Europeans arrived. We were fortunate enough to find a source .. and have been growing it and saving seed ever since. 90 days from the day the seed goes into the ground, until it is ready to eat or store - leaving enough time to grow a second crop .. but first, we have to get it shucked and hung up to dry!
