How to Make a Rum-sicle
Rum Popsicle. The…Rum-sicle if you will. Dip it, lick it, love it. 1 C. Sugar 1 C. Water 4 oz. White Rum Basil Leaves 2 C. Raspberries Champagne Add your sugar and water to a pan over a medium heat and stir until dissolved. Add your rum and a handful of basil leaves and simmer for a minute then remove from heat. In a bowl add your raspberries and mash them to a pulp. Remove your basil leaves and stir in your raspberry pulp. Add your mix to a popsicle mold and freeze overnight. Fill a glass with champagne, dip your popsicle, and enjoy.
