Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the case of Vanderstok v. Garland, another one of FPC's challenges to ATF's new rule on frames and receivers. After having the rule completely thrown out on its ear, the US Government is now asking for a stay so they can regroup, and petition fhe 5th Circuit to undo this ruling.
