Cats are one amazing and smart animals! Owning a cat is an activity a lot of people enjoy! Cats are really fun creatures! They are smart, small and easy to maintain. You can keep them at home and have lots of naps together, especially on rainy and cold days!

Also, a lot of people consider having a cat as a pet because they are very clean as pets! They are not sloppy and they clean themselves! Hence there is no doubt about the fact that cats can actually be excellent pets and their company is thoroughly enjoyable. However, not all cats have the pleasure to have a warm home, a loving owner and a daily dose of hugs and kisses. A lot of cats are homeless or they are being abandoned.

Luckily, this cat’s fate was in good hands and was saved by a motorcyclist. This woman was riding her bike peacefully when she saw a cat in the middle of a busy street who fell out of some car. Let's just say she was at the right time on the right place. In the event that she hadn't ventured up and made a move, we would prefer even not to consider what might have occurred!

This amazing woman is Laney, she 25 years old and she is from northwest Oklahoma. She left her bike in the middle of the street and she went to save the cat before it was too late. She stopped all the cars, she picked up the cat and handed it to a woman who also stopped when she saw the cat in the middle of the street. This incredible rescue was caught on her helmet-camera.

She didn’t hesitate one second, she knew that she will be the one who will give this poor little kitty a warm home and endless love. What an amazing person! She left the number for the person who was driving the car the cat fell out of, and it turns out that the cat is theirs. However, now she hesitates about returning the cat, just because they let him end up on the busiest road in town and left them there.

"He was so small in the middle of that big road, and I thought he was a leaf until he moved," Laney, 25, said. "I literally cannot watch the video anymore because how many times he escaped death just kills me."

After she saved the little kitty, Laney called her husband to picked them up so they can safely take this little kitty at their home. They named the cat Skidmark.

Laney added she took Skidmark to the veterinarian later that afternoon, and the vet said that he was a "very healthy" one-pound kitty who was about four weeks old, she said.

Laney is so happy that she saved Skidmark and that he made it on that busy road. She says that he is doing okay right now and that he is a really energetic cat. Laney is one incredible person!
