This is just progress of replicating MS-DOS type User Interface. I'm a big fan of Turbo Vision interface from past user experiences. Windows can be brought to the foreground when clicking on them, click and drag them around the workspace. The TitleBar I went with a style that almost represents a folder. I will be adding different styles to them.

Future plans is to create a virtual desktop, support minimize and bring them back up and resizing the windows. The Drag feature supports 3 different modes FullRect, TopOnly, TitleBar to where the constraints are. I plan to add more controls down the line
