We've got a fantastic vinaigrette recipe that's just right for a whole range of dishes. Balsamic Vinegar Olive Oil Grape Seed Oil Honey Dijon Mustard Kosher Salt Ground Pepper Shallots Thyme Add the following into a large mixing bowl: 1/2 cup vinegar 1 tsp honey 1 tsp dijon mustard Top with a large pinch of salt and ground pepper. Finely chop Thyme, add heaping tbsp to the bowl. Do the same with half a shallot. Whisk ingredients together. Add 3/4 cup of olive oil as well as grape seed oil. Whisk thoroughly.
