The 4th of July is almost here, so it's time to grill, grill, GRILL! We've decided to show you how to make the most perfect, juicy, tender, slab of Pork Baby Back Ribs with our dry rub and BBQ sauce. Ingredients List: 1 Rack of Ribs 1 Cup of Brown Sugar 2 Tbsps of Kosher Sea Salt 1 Tsps of Ground Black Pepper 2 Heaping Tsps of Chili Powder 2 Tsps of Onion Powder 2 Tsps of Garlic Powder 1 Tsps of Cayenne Pepper 1 Tsps of Dried Thyme 1 Tsps of Old Bay Seasoning Add you brown sugar, salt, pepper, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, and old bay seasoning into a mixing bowl. Mix it thoroughly. Rub down the front and back of the ribs with the your mix. Brush the ribs lightly with some BBQ sauce the seal the ribs in tin foil. Place in the oven on a baking sheet at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Once the meat is tender, place the the grill on a high flame and brush more BBQ sauce on. Close the lid for a few minutes (until you see some nice char formed), flip, brush, and close again. If you want it extra saucy feel free to add more. Plate it, serve, and have a Happy 4th!
