Today we're going to show you how to make one of the classic French mother sauces, Hollandaise sauce! Check out our recipe below. Here's what you'll need: 4 Eggs 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 8 oz Butter Kosher Sea Salt Tabasco Sauce Heat Resistant Bowl Medium Saucepan Whisk Start by separating your egg yolk from the white and placing in your heat resistant mixing bowl. Fill you saucepan with an inch of water and bring to a boil then reduce to simmer. Place your heat resistant mixing bowl with the egg yolks in it on top of the saucepan and start whisking. Add some of your butter, removing the bowl on and off the heat to keep it warm enough to mix but not so hot as to cook the eggs. Think custard. Add 1/2 a tsp of salt, several splashes of the tabasco, your lemon juice, and whisk vigorously.
