How to Make Eggs Benedict

What you need: 4 Eggs 4 Pieces of Canadian Bacon Hollandaise Sauce 2 English Muffins Smoked Paprika Kosher Sea Salt Chopped Parsley 2 Tsps White Vinegar Wide Shallow Pan Start by cracking each egg into it's own bowl. Fill you pan with 2-3 inches of water and bring to just below a simmer. Grill you canadian bacon and english muffins. Once your water has heated up, add a couple of teaspoons of white vinegar. Swirl the water then gently lower an egg into the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes then drain the water off the egg. Plate your english muffins and top with the canadian bacon, eggs, hollandaise sauce, and garnish with sea salt, smoked paprika, and chopped parsley.
