Mac and Cheese Pepperoni Pizza, One Pot Skillet Recipe
Who wants to go through the trouble of taking a bite of pizza then spooning a mouthful of mac and cheese. Isn’t there a simpler way?! Why yes there is, with our 1 pot mac and cheese pepperoni pizza! 2 C. Chicken Broth 2.5 C. Milk 0.5 tsp. Oregano 0.5 tsp. Garlic Powder 1.5 tsp Salt 1 Box Mac and Cheese 1.5 C. Cheese 1.5 C. Marinara Pepperoni Cast Iron Skillet Start by pouring your chicken broth, milk, oregano, garlic powder, and salt into a cast iron skillet. Let simmer over a medium heat. Add your mac and cheese then stir and cook on a high heat for 10-12 minutes. Add your cheese and stir thoroughly. Top with marinara sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy!
