WHY did Nancy Pelosi GET AWAY with Insider trading? #usa

Nancy Pelosi got away with insider trading to the point where her net growth grew to over 200 Million Dollars. If you or I did that, we would be in big trouble as insider trading is illegal especially considering her position in congress. Where were the consequences for her actions? Did she even get penalized for doing that? I haven't found anything that proves that she has. People in power can break the rules without consequence and it is our fault that we do not hold these powerful people accountable.
