The first dialogue and cutscene after starting 1997's Fallout: A Post-Nuclear Roleplaying Game. You are part of Vault 13 a refuge for humans after the great war but the chip that purifies the water is broken and it's up to you to travel the wasteland to a replacement. This is my first Rumble Video.
