RT visits Lugansk memorial complex established to commemorate victims of Ukrainian attacks

The RT crew visited a memorial complex in Lugansk Region called ‘We will not forget, we will not forgive.’ The site was created in 2016, but back in 2014 at least 150 people were buried there – all of them victims of Ukrainian aggression.
