Apatros Action 52 Masochist: Chapter 20 - Illuminator

The first listed on the multicart of these vertical ladder platformers where the player has to waste enemies on each floor to progress, "Illuminator" is an absolute crapshoot in quality gameplay. Compared to the others, this one has a stage that is shrouded in pitch darkness, save for a very brief second of light every time the player dusts off a vampire or a shadow spook using his UV flashlight. In order to keep track of your location, you have to use the blasts from your torch or your shadow whenever you pass a ladder, otherwise this is going to be extremely difficult [and that's not even factoring in the homing bats on later levels].
