Improve Focus and Battle ADD & ADHD with These Effective Productivity Techniques
In this video, we discuss the importance of focusing techniques and share some helpful tips for improving attention. We also explore the difference in ADD and ADHD diagnoses between France and America, highlighting the need to consider factors such as childhood trauma.
We suggest several techniques, starting with meditation as a way to exercise the mind muscle and promote presence. We also introduce an app called Brain FM, which combines music and AI technology to induce states of focus or relaxation.
The timer technique is another helpful tool for staying on task. By setting a timer for five or ten minutes, we can maintain focus and accomplish tasks more efficiently. This technique can also be adapted for family activities, fostering motivation and instilling a sense of accomplishment.
Ultimately, we encourage viewers to be honest with themselves about what they truly want to do and prioritize activities that bring joy and fulfillment.
