Paul Keating, former Australian prime minister, has compared NATO's plans to expand into the Asia-Pacific to ‘welcoming the plague.’ Meanwhile, French President Macron has criticized the alliance's plan to open a liaison office in Japan.
We hear from Benjamin Chiao, professor at the Paris School of Technology and Business, who doesn't believe the plan is properly thought through.
