Block 2 Week 4: Comp Deadlift

It was another hot and muggy day, literally everything that could go wrong went wrong, I unfortunately did not feel on my A game, and I messed up my ramping up with the warm up sets, because the 25 Kgs plates always throw me off, and I absolutely suck at math; especially in a rush, lol. So I was in a pretty crappy mood leading up to my top set. And just to top it all off, my energy completely crashed out of nowhere between the 162.5 Kgs and 182.5 Kgs sets. No idea why, maybe cuz the warmups were a bit off, as mentioned before, but whatever. Once again, I was hoping to do pretty well with my top set, but just like with my squat and bench, it did not go as well as I would have liked. Just a disappointing week, in general. It is an overall PR for most weight moved for reps, but I am really not happy with how it turned out; with my left knee involuntary spazzing out during the reps, which I think would probably red light me in a competition setting. My positioning may have just been off, with a combination of just not feeling that strong; but regardless this is something I am going to have to keep in my mind, and try and improve on. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
