Johnny Grube doing a short but tough workout using a 70 lb heavy bag and a 82 lb rock.
Started out with a quick type of Sprawl on a heavy bag to imitate blocking a double leg 10 times, then stepped in to do a Explosive Over The Shoulder Throw, then repeat the other side.
Then pick up and carry a smooth 82 lb rock 40 yards (20 yards one way)
5 Rounds.
This workout has great cross-over to any type of physical work including any type of grappling working on quickness, explosiveness, gripping, and "Conditioned Strength".
Being outdoors on an uneven ground makes that you have to make adjustments just like outside the gym in the real world.
