Ten children were among at least 31 people injured in a Russian missile attack in Kharkiv Oblast, the regional prosecutor’s office said on Tuesday, July 4. The Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor said Russian forces launched the attack on a residential neighborhood of Pervomaiskyi around 1:30 pm local time, possibly using an Iskander ballistic missile. The projectile hit a high-rise building, it said, injuring at least 31 people, including a one-year-old and a 10-month-old. Governor Oleh Synyehubov said eight high-rise buildings were damaged.
