Harry Wait has an upcoming court status conference on July 6th, 2023 in his case with the State. He will not be present at the courthouse for the hearing, but will participate telephonically, as will the State and his attorneys. The hearing will be held, but no one other than the Judge will be present at the courthouse on July 6th for the hearing.
