Israeli settlement plan on Palestinian land targets UNESCO cultural heritage

The latest escalation in West Bank violence comes as yet another settlement policy was advanced by Israel. The plan calls for Palestinian land and a UNESCO cultural heritage site becoming a target of a large construction effort with the military also involved. RT's Maria Finoshina reports.
