50% of ANC must be young people - 70% old people - ANCYL can't do the math but want to run SA

The ANC Youth League contradict the percentage of old people they'll allow in parliament and the legislature. Young people must have the majority, greater than 50%, but they'll be happy if 70% are old people. That's 120%... ANCYL needs to get the math right before removing all the old people.

Or maybe keep the old people who can do the math.
