My Spin Cycle series is a fusion cycling and resistance training class formatted to challenge and elevate your total body conditioning. And our Teddy Bear sub-series combines cardio with comprehensive midsection work. In this class you will complete five rounds of a 5-minute spin interval transitioning into 4 midsection exercises 30 seconds on 10 seconds off.
