HUGE NEWS. The Supreme Court Accepts Review of its Toughest Gun Case Yet

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the huge news out of SCOTUS where we just learned that they have accepted for review, the matter of US v. Rahimi. This is a challenge to 18 USC 922's section which prohibits certain individuals from possessing firearms while they are under indictment for certain crimes. The 5th Circuit threw this law out and the United States government has appealed. This sets up for one of the trickiest Second Amendment cases to ever come before the Supreme Court.
