Ever wanted to really know about the holy red cow (Parah Adumah), check out this video. In this Torah portion we talk about the beautiful symbolic nature of the Torah that shows us the details of our great salvation through the blood of Y'shua our Messiah. In here is also about when the serpents were biting and killing the Israelites in the wilderness. God turned it around by having Moses make a bronze image of a serpent and put it on a poll. Y'shua referred to this in the gospel of John chapter 3:13-21. Y'shua was ministering to a Pharisee and rabbi named Nicodemus saying that "God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." Y'shua was referring to what happened in the wilderness with Israel and the serpents. He showed us what He was going to do on a cross.
