Dr. Rachele Pojednic, Exercise Science and Nutrition to Optimize Physical Well-being

My guest is Dr. Rachele Pojednic, PhD, EdM, an esteemed expert, researcher, internationally recognized speaker, and influential figure in nutrition and exercise science. She's an Associate Professor and Program Director of Exercise Science in the Department of Health and Human Performance at Norwich University and is the Director of Scientific Research & Education at Restore Hyperwellness along with being a research associate at the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine at Harvard Medical School where she conducted her postdoctoral training and launched her career delving into the intricate connections between nutrition, exercise, performance, and healthy aging.

My recent podcast conversation with Joe De Sena the founder of the Death Race led me to Dr. Pojednic, so I wanted to have her on the podcast to talk about fitness, nutrition, endurance, and overall health and wellness when preparing for any form of endurance race.
