A controversial California bill, AB 665, is on its way for a vote on the Senate floor. The bill would allow children as young as 12-years-old to leave the home without parental consent, as long as a mental health professional signs off on it. One America's Stella Escobedo spoke with Tara Thornton with Freedom Angels and Kenneth Prada, a school board member.
