House passes 'Parents Bill of Rights Act'

The House voted Friday to pass legislation that increases parent's rights in the classroom. The ‘Parents Bill of Rights Act’ will require schools to provide library reading materials and school curriculum to parents. Federally funded elementary and middle schools will also require parental permission to change a minor’s gender designation, pronouns, or name.
