Amazon’s self-driving unit Zoox began testing its “fully driverless, purpose-built robotaxi” in Las Vegas, Nevada last Friday. Zoox announced news of the launch Tuesday and said the ‘robotaxis’ can reach speeds up to 35 miles per hour. The driverless vehicles come with no steering wheel or pedal and can transport up to four people at once.
