Building Social Momentum

As you start your TDA journey and begin opening and interacting with people, know that "social momentum" plays a role. Sure, you may start trying to figure things out in the beginning and fumbling through things because it's a new experience for you. Your priority should be to keep going, keep getting exposure, keep gathering experiences, and through consistency getting into "momentum", where this is now something you just do.
