Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a huge day in Second Amendment history which is rapidly approaching, June 29th. On that date there will be two separate cases heard, in two different US Court of Appeals that will significantly affect the rights of Americans everywhere. In the matter of Mock v. Garland, a challenge is made to ATF's new rule on Pistol Braces. This case will be heard before the 5th Circuit. In the other matter, Harrel v. Raoul, the 7th Circuit will hear arguments on the Constitutionality of Illinois' assault weapon ban and magazine ban. Finally, WGL even projects the winners and losers of both arguments so learn all of this and arm yourself with education today.

Show Firearms Policy Coalition some love.
FPC is heading the challenges on both of these matters. FPC has been in the trenches fighting like hell for your rights so if you want to support an organization that actually fights to protect your freedoms, consider donating to the Firearm Policy Coalition today. https://www.firearmspolicy.org/
