We have all been saying for a while that what happens in the comic books eventually turns up on our screens and despite this commonly being said to refer to the presence of storylines and character arcs, it has since been warped to mean the threat of identity politics in our entertainment.

DC Comics have absolutely destroyed their, well comics, by changing the sexuality of soo many of their characters including Superman and Robin, these are the people who constantly accuse us of all these buzz words when they are actually the more evil because they only view people through this superficial lens.

James Gunn has entered the conversation, saying that no one is reading comic today, shattering the narrative that current entertainment is fine and there is no fan backlash.
