3 Sec Rule And Commitment

The "3 Sec Rule", is a rule that states, from the moment you see a woman of interest, or even, a group that you are interested in socializing with. From the time you see them, to the time you are interacting with them, you have "3 Seconds" to get into it. It's about taking action fast, not standing around and overthinking, working up the nerves while wallowing in "approach anxiety".

Beyond that, you made a commitment to go out and work on your social skills. So do it! You already made the commitment. It would be a disservice to you, not to take action and to allow fears and anxiety to keep you from that commitment.
