Bottom- Cut Curls 10in long

Top- Cut Curls 10in long

For Bottom you will need 13 Blue Curls cut at 10in and 14 Cream Curls cut at 10in

For Top you will need 10 Blue Curls cut at 10in and 11 Cream Curls cut at 10in
