1 bag or 12 individual Hawaiian Rolls
1/4 lb Mushrooms 
3 slices of Provolone Vegan Cheese

Slaw Topping:
1 small head organic spinach
1 small Red Onions thinly sliced
1/2 cup Vegan Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 banana peppers

Top of the buns:
4 tablespoons vegan butter,
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon dill weed
