35-Minute Circuit Workout with Dumbbells | 10.17.2022
This 35-minute interval workout consists of 8 movements at 50 seconds each for 4 rounds. I am using a single 12-pound and single 25-pound dumbbell along with a yoga mat in this workout. Training shoes are optional as there is no jumping today! This workout is perfect for small spaces such as an apartment or a hotel room and can also be done entirely bodyweight if you don't have weights or something to lift.
