Rudolf Steiner said that energetically, mentally and physically one becomes able to share and teach when they are in their forties or their fifties. I feel that this comes some factors that are relevant to the life experience.

With age comes wisdom if the right thoughts, beliefs and are met with action. Self awareness of oneself through that process aligns with the embodiment of these four tenants and this becomes WISDOM.

Man, I have made my fair share of mistakes, allowed my trauma and beliefs to limit me, I've been a complete and utter DICK for more times than I care to remember, and with self awareness discovered the processes, thoughts, beliefs and traumatic experiences where that lack of understanding once originated and played itself out in my life.

I'm far from perfect, but, I am making change in my life that aligns me more with balance, compassion, patience and love, for myself first, and then everyone and all else. As we are all one and the same.
