A BRAND NEW LEGENDARY ASIAN HERO! Except, you know, he's brand new, so he ain't legendary.And the fact he is asian is pretty much secondary to his character. Nonetheless, City Boy is a brand new offering from DC, which doesn't suffer from standard "Brand New Characterism" as I would normally see. He can talk to the city, and the city listens, and he finds things. Usually expensive ones. So, not a terrible character. Have a look!
