The senior whistleblower and another department executive lose their jobs. The Police Minister wants him sacked because of his disclosures. The Minister resigned. The disclosure to be investigated by department lawyers and the Corruption Committee ICAC. That investigation becomes an investigation into the man’s downgrading which is a grade that precludes him from employment at the Director General level, however he is free to seek another Government job.
