Warm up with a Super Set:

- Leg Extensions: 3 Sets - 21 reps (Squeeze on the 21st rep)
- Leg Curls: 3 Sets - 20 Reps
- Bulgarian Split Squats: 3 Sets - 20 reps

Finish with a giant drop set (Total 6 Drops)

WORKOUT:

- Single leg press: 3 Sets X 8-10 reps

- Low-Feet Leg Press (Targeting the Quad): 3 Sets X 8-10 reps

- Hack Squats: 3 Sets X 8-12 reps (With forced reps on the last set until failure)

- DB RDLs: 4 Sets X 8-10 reps

- Seated Calves Raises: 4 Sets X 8-12 reps

- Calve Raises on Hack Squat Machine: 4 Sets X 8-12 reps
