In this video we go over the foot pressure needed to direct the bar appropriately in Olympic lifts. The Olympic lifts are demanding and sometimes the coordination between balance, timing, and explosiveness makes these lifts harder than they need to be. Check out the video to see some examples of lifters as well as some thoughts Coach has on how to make you better at your lifts
