An Afternoon in "Eastern Washington Landscape" a Contemporary Impressionist Wet on Wet Oil Painting

Hello there friends. Today we are exploring the Landscape of Eastern Washington. I don't have the big jagged mountains or the oceans. I have rolling hills of desert grass and sparse trees. For a desert there is also an abundance of water. Thank you Columbia River and Irrigation. This is a wet on wet. I started with a liquid grayish color. Its a mix of phalo blue titanium white and mars black and linseed oil. The exact mix of color is “to taste”. Then you go from there fluffy clouds and flowing grasslands. Enjoy Today's video.
