How New Jersey Just Executed the Biggest Gun Grab in American History.

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the recent amendments to NJS 2C:39-3, which was New Jersey's attempt to ban un-serialized firearms. However, the language of the statute AND the fact that there are no exceptions or grandfathering clause has many now realizing that hundreds of thousands of firearm are now illegally possessed by lawful and responsible New Jersey resident everywhere.
