Hey lovelies! This one is completely left of field, but I have been dying to try out this Gozney Dome, and thought I would create an unboxing video since there are only a handful of these on YouTube and all I could do was watch the same ones over and over again lmao! So I am adding to the pool of available videos on the topic ;) this is also completely relevant to the cake decorating side of this channel, since I plan on creating and testing lots of delicious recipes in this oven. I'll be taking you guys along for the ride as I experiment and share those results! xx

BANANA BREAD RECIPE:
230 grams wholemeal flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
3 over ripped bananas (approximately 400 grams)
10 grams vanilla extract
50 grams vegetable oil
8 grams apple cider vinegar
75 grams maple syrup
125 grams soy milk
chocolate chips to taste

bake in the dome starting at 210 degrees Celsius. Rotate after 25 minutes,
reheat the dome back up to 200 degrees Celsius if needed, and bake for an additional half an hour. Repeat the reheating method if the banana bread needs a little more time to bake, or until a skewer inserted through the middle comes out clean.
