Mizzy Arrested Again for Violating Court Order to Not Upload on Social Media
TikTok prankster Mizzy arrested again after posting new videos
Bacari-Bronze O’Garro, 18, is detained less than 48 hours after appearing in court
Serial TikTok troublemaker 'Mizzy' has been arrested by police for allegedly breaching a court order after the teenager was given a slap on the wrist for his vile home invasion 'pranks' in London.
Mizzy, whose real name is Bacari-Bronze O'Garro, is behind a series of videos including stealing a woman's dog, ripping up library books and jumping into strangers' cars.
This week the social media menace appeared at Thames Magistrates' Court owhere he admitted one count of failing to comply with a community protection notice issued on May 11, 2022.
Judge Charlotte Crangle issued him with a two-year criminal behaviour order, including that he must not directly or indirectly post videos on to social media without the documented consent of the people featured in the content, must not trespass into private property and must not attend the Westfield Centre in Stratford, east London.
She also ordered O'Garro to pay a fine of £200, as well as a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85 - totalling £365.
But within hours of the slap on the wrist, Mizzy bragged 'UK laws are weak' during a TV interview with Piers Morgan and then began to share more videos - both old and new.
It comes after O'Garro and one of his friends yesterday vowed: 'We're gonna keep doing what we're doing.'
Today he was filmed being detained by a plain-clothed officer on the roof of a building near an Iceland store in south-east London. Wearing a green and yellow vest and black jogging bottoms, he looked shocked as he was led away in handcuffs by the police while being filmed by one of his friends.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman told MailOnline: 'On Friday, 26 May, officers arrested an 18-year-old man on suspicion of breach of a criminal behaviour order. He has been taken into custody. Enquiries are ongoing.'
Following his court appearance, viewers have reportedly been flocking to O'Garro's videos. In footage posted on Twitter yesterday afternoon, the teenager boasted that his old videos have been 'blowing up'.
'You guys are on social media giving me what I want, you're commenting on these videos, you're engaging, you're posting me more, sharing me everywhere,' he said.
A friend who features in the eight-minute clip with him appears to reference an incident during which a court heard O'Garro walked into a family home pretending he was trying to find a study group. The friend describes the incident as 'old', saying 'the time has passed'.
The friend adds: 'Everyone who's calling for the Metropolitan Police to get involved, you're just bugging... we're gonna be doing what we're doing.
'We're not trying to harm anyone, we're not trying to do nothing, you lot keep hating, you're helping us.'
