Johnny Grube doing a 170 lb weighted carry 200 yards wearing a 40 lb vest a 20 lb vest and Farmers Walk with 55 lb Dumbbells (110 lbs )
for 200 yards on a 20 yard course.

This was to finish off a Rogue Bike sprint workout of 5 sec hard 25 sec rest 12 rounds.

Then, 1 - 3 minute hitting the Heavybag with heavy hands no rest.

Very good way to finish a workout.
