Dum malai chicken: The Indian Recipe for Rich and Flavorful Chicken breasts Recipe at Home.

Ingredients:

500 grams boneless chicken, cut into cubes
1 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
For the Marinade:

In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to make a smooth paste.
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
For the Cooking:

Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream. Stir well to combine.
Cover the pan and let it simmer for another 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend together.
Remove the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
